St Matthew's Bi-Annual Parish Carnival

It's that time of year again, and we are excited to announce Carnival 2017's much anticipated RAFFLE! 2017's Carnival Raffle boasts incredible Prizes and Cash, including a Giants Package, a Getaway Package and last but not least, a cash prize of $2000!
Each raffle ticket costs $5.00 or $20.00 for a book of five (5). You do not need to be present to win. The final drawing will take place at 4:00PM Sunday afternoon. Additional tickets can be purchased in the Parish Center or at the School Office.
All raffle tickets will be sent home with students this Wednesday, March 15, so please be on the look out for your ticket books! To help drive student raffle ticket sales this year, we are offering:
Please return SOLD and UNSOLD tickets to the class envelope, located in your child's classroom/homeroom, marked with seller’s name & class. If you need additional tickets, a supply will be available in the front office. Please contact Christine Barulich at email@example.com with any questions.

We encourage you to bring your friends, and family members to join us for the weekend. It's more fun when you bring a crowd, and it is a great way to learn about our parish and school. Whether you're a business owner or a proud parishioner or school family, anyone can put their name to an event, booth or ride at the Carnival. We have created several price levels for you to participate. Sponsorships & all Carnival proceeds will be used to help underwrite refurbishments to St Matthew's Cronin Center and Ward Hall. We are in need of items for the many events and booths at the carnival. School families are asked to contribute. Please deliver your contributions during the week of May 1st! Parent contribution requests - details coming soon!
We are in need of items for the many events and booths at the carnival. We need WINE donations, bottled water, cases of soda pop, gift cards for raffle, contributions towards the food booths and carnival decorations (do you know a local restauranter that might want to donate some wonderful food?) Let your creativity run free! Call us with ideas!
The unWINEd Lounge is BACK and will be the perfect place for parents to relax and enjoy a glass of wine at Carnival 2017 this May!
We need to you to succeed! It takes over 400 volunteers to pull off this weekend of fun. We invite you to join your community and spend some of your creative energy helping us plan, organize, set up, run and clean up the CARNIVAL. If you have the time, we have the job for you.
